You can withdraw a given permission at any time and have your applicant data deleted. An informal message via e-mail to us is enough (email@example.com). The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
If you want us to delete your applicant data during or directly after the completion of the application process and we cannot or could not offer you a job offer, if you reject a job offer, withdraw your application or ask us to delete the data, we store your submitted data including potential physical application documents for a maximum of 6 months after the completion of the application process (retention period), to be able to comprehend details of the application process in case of discrepancies (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Through the storage of logfiles we can guarantee a proper functioning of the website and it is used for improvement and security of our systems. The data stored by Airbus Bank GmbH will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. This will happen at the latest after six weeks. A longer storage is possible. In this case the IP addresses of the users will be deleted or alienated - therefore an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.
